AYL007Illuminati “s/t” Demo CD-R
Illuminati was Joao’s (from Redencion 9-11) short-lived post-Redencion 9-11 project in Chile. Although the band only lasted a few months, it left a lasting impression on those who encountered this powerful and unpredictable 3-piece. Blending post-hardcore with minimalist punk, Illuminati took the passion of Rites of Spring and combined it with the angular wall-of-sound guitar-driven post-punk of Mission of Burma. Recorded live in-studio over a weekend, this demo sounds rough but passionate. Five originals in Spanish plus one Wire cover. This was a co-release with Chile’s Discoparlante Discos.
